I have really bad allergies when I go home and visit my parents. One of the things that has helped me when my sinuses get extremely itchy is a NetiPot. It's really weird when you first use it cause you're purposefully putting water in your nose but it really does help. It just washes all the irritants out and makes me feel much better.
