Pond's is apparently giving away a sample of one of their products. I'm not sure what that sample is since Pond's rarely gives out any sort of coupon or freebie but no harm in trying. The picture I have is just a reference from their homepage and in no way related to the sample. Their form is very very simple. They only provide one line for your address so make sure you fill it out correctly.
